Delete Your Data

The Noodle · The Pasta House Co · Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data The Pasta House Co holds about you in The Noodle, our workforce management platform (schedule.pastahouse.com and our mobile apps).

For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Email phc@thepastahouse.com with the subject line "Delete my data."
  2. Send it from, or include, the email address or phone number on your account so we can verify it is you. You can also make the request through your manager or the corporate office.
  3. We will verify your identity, delete what we can as described below, and confirm by email — normally within 30 days. If anything must be retained, we will tell you what and why.

There is no charge, and asking does not affect your employment or your standing with the Company.

If you still work here

The Noodle is the tool you use to see your schedule, clock-related information, messages, and training. Deleting your account removes your access to all of it, so for current employees we will normally talk with you first to make sure that is what you want. If you simply want to stop notifications, you do not need to delete anything — turn off push notifications in your device settings, or reply STOP to any text message.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials, and your access to the Platform
  • Your profile details: name, email address, and phone number
  • Device push-notification tokens and any saved sign-in credential on your devices
  • Your text-message subscription (you are unsubscribed)
  • Availability preferences, time-off requests, and similar day-to-day entries that we are not required to keep

What is kept, and why

Because The Noodle is an employment platform rather than a consumer service, some records cannot be deleted on request. We are legally required to keep them:

  • Time, pay, and tip records. Federal and state labor and tax law require employers to retain payroll and hours-worked records for set periods.
  • Records needed for a legal obligation or dispute — for example an open claim, audit, or investigation.
  • Messages you sent to other people. We can remove your account, but a message already delivered into a shared channel or another person's inbox remains part of their record of the conversation.
  • Business records that are not about you personally — for example a completed schedule, a store logbook entry, or a cash-count sheet — are kept as Company operating records.

How long retained records are kept

Where we are required to keep a record, we keep it for the minimum period required by applicable federal and state labor and tax law — and no longer. This applies to time, hours, wage, tip, and payroll tax records. Records tied to an open claim, audit, or investigation are kept until that matter is closed.

Once the required period has passed, those records are deleted or anonymized. Everything we are not required to keep is deleted when you ask.

Deleting some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to have specific information removed. Email phc@thepastahouse.com and tell us what you want removed, and we will delete it if we are not required to keep it — keeping your account and your access to the Platform intact. Common requests we can action:

  • Remove your phone number and stop all text messages
  • Remove your device push-notification tokens and any saved sign-in on your devices
  • Remove availability preferences or past time-off requests
  • Remove a message you posted (where it has not already been read into someone else's record)

The same limits in "What is kept, and why" above apply — we cannot remove time, pay, or tip records that the law requires us to retain. We respond within 30 days and tell you what was removed and what had to stay.

When you leave the Company

You do not need to make a request. When employment ends, your access to the Platform is removed as part of offboarding, and your information is retained only as described above.
